Opening in the Spring, 1 Warwick sits on the bustling corner of Warwick Street and Brewer Street in the heart of London’s storied Soho. This new members’ house – a thoughtfully renovated 1910 Neo-Baroque House set over six floors – will feature a beautifully designed members-only, year-round rooftop & bar overlooking a neighbourhood which has played muse to writers, artists, poets, actors, musicians and designers over the centuries. Members lounges, a studio and gym, private and shared workspaces, meeting and event spaces, all underpinned by a dynamic cultural programme will embody the effervescent spirit of Soho’s past and present.

On the ground floor is an public-facing restaurant ‘Nessa’, an all-day restaurant and bar serving modern British cuisine.

The menu will be created by London’s prominent chef Tom Cenci – formerly of Loyal Tavern and Duck and Waffle – and will be much-inspired by his time spent in Istanbul.

Inspired by Maslow’s theory of human motivation and happiness, 1 Warwick is the newest addition to the Maslow’s family, following Mortimer House in Fitzrovia. The building will be a hub for meeting, working, connecting and collaborating during the daytime hours, with a lively social spirit after dark. With a diverse calendar of members’ events including music, screenings, masterclasses hosted by notable personalities, live podcast recordings and panel discussions, 1 Warwick will be the go-to destination for the personal, recreational and the professional.
