Introducing domus III, Farnborough Airport’s iconic 175,000 sq ft state of the art hangar

Farnborough Airport has embarked on a £55m investment programme to significantly expand its facilities and infrastructure by developing an iconic 175,000 sq ft state of the art hangar facility, increasing its overall hangar space by over 70%.

The landmark development was conceived in response to the growing demand for premium hangar space. Domus III will be centrally located in a prime position adjacent to the Airport's two main taxiways, complementing the Airport's existing award winning architecture. At 300m in length, Domus III will have the flexibility to accommodate several large aircraft such as the Dassault Falcon 10X and the next generation of business jets including, Global 7500 and Gulfstream G700, whilst also housing the growing presence of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.

Construction of Domus III is scheduled for completion in early 2024.
