Farnborough Airport, Europe’s leading airport for premium air travel experiences, has today announced that Simon Geere will step back from the role of Group CEO to become the company’s Group Executive Chairman, with Marine Eugène being appointed as the airport’s new Group CEO. The changes will take effect from 1st September 2026.
Farnborough Airport, the UK’s largest business aviation airport and Europe’s pre-eminent travel gateway, has announced changes to its senior leadership team. After more than 6 years as CEO, Simon Geere will become Group Executive Chairman, with Marine Eugène joining the company as its new Group CEO.

Marine Eugène brings nearly 20 years’ experience in business aviation having held senior roles with both NetJets and Flexjet, two of Farnborough Airport’s largest operators. Most recently she was a member of the management board of Moonfare, the global digital investment platform, where she oversaw the firm's funds investor relations, marketing and client services functions.
