What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Network and Infrastructure Manager to lead the strategic direction, performance, resilience and continual improvement of our technology infrastructure services.
Reporting to the Head of IT and Cyber Security, you will play a key role in ensuring technology services support critical business operations across our airport, hospitality and corporate environments. You will work closely with specialist technology partners and internal stakeholders to ensure services remain secure, reliable, scalable and aligned with business needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically credible infrastructure leader who enjoys combining strategic planning, supplier management and operational excellence.
About the role
Key responsibilites include:
- Owning and governing the Group's infrastructure and connectivity services.
- Managing strategic supplier relationships and service partners.
- Acting as a senior technical authority for infrastructure-related matters.
- Monitoring service delivery against agreed performance measures.
- Driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Approving and governing major infrastructure changes.
- Leading regular service reviews and performance discussions.
- Supporting technology resilience, operational continuity and future business growth.
Infrastructure Strategy
- Develop and maintain the Group's infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap.
- Ensure infrastructure services continue to support business growth and future projects.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and service improvement.
- Lead infrastructure modernisation and transformation initiatives.
Network Management
- Ensure services are reliable, resilient and fit for business requirements.
- Own the cabling infrastructure both cross site and within each building.
- Oversee capacity, performance and availability management.
- Manage third-party service providers and connectivity partners.
- Maintain appropriate governance and control of network services.
- Support the technology needs of operational, customer-facing and corporate business functions.
Infrastructure Management
- Ensure infrastructure platforms meet availability and performance requirements.
- Oversee hosting, compute, storage and virtualised environments.
- Manage infrastructure lifecycle and capacity planning activities.
- Maintain infrastructure standards, documentation and governance.
- Ensure resilience and business continuity requirements are met.
Cyber Security
- Support the implementation of infrastructure security best practices.
- Drive vulnerability remediation and patch governance activities.
- Support security monitoring, incident response and risk reduction initiatives.
- Ensure technology services align with organisational security and compliance requirements.
Infrastructure Security
Working closely with the Head of IT & Cyber Security and Cyber Security & Resilience Manager to:
- Maintain effective infrastructure security controls.
- Support security improvement programmes and audits.
- Contribute to investigations and security assurance activities.
- Promote secure and resilient technology practices across the organisation.
General

About You
Essential
- Evidence of Right to Work in the UK.
- Full 5-year employment/educational history required (with no unaccounted-for gaps).
- Able to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) certificate and a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) certificate to the required security clearance level for this role.
- Hold a full valid UK Driving License or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
- Experience leading third-party technology suppliers and managed service providers.
- Strong knowledge of networking, infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management, capacity planning and service improvement.
- Knowledge of cyber security principles and infrastructure protection practices.
- Experience supporting business-critical operational services.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience working within highly regulated or operationally critical environments.
- Knowledge of information security governance and compliance frameworks.
- Relevant networking, infrastructure, cloud or security certifications.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience with identity and access management technologies.
- Exposure to infrastructure architecture and transformation programmes.
